Do any of these thoughts cross your mind when you read the Bible? How To Rightly Question Your Faith
Led by Joel Ebert
Knowing how to defend your faith is an important skill for believers. In this four-week class, gain tools to answer tough questions about the truth of the Christian worldview. You’ll be better prepared to evangelize, answer your children’s questions, or engage with doubters (in a friendly way, of course). Bonus: in the process, you’ll strengthen your own faith.
July Classes (3 weeks only: July 11, 18, & 25)
Faith & Fatherhood Without Freaking Out
Led by Caleb Smith
Fathers have a significant responsibility in shepherding their families towards knowing and following Christ. But how? When? Where? Is there a right way? Wrong way? Guys! Like the title says, don’t freak out! In this three-week class, we discuss an intentional plan to engage your children in their faith and practical ways for daily connection. Expect rich discussion with other fathers, too.
Lord, Teach Us To Pray
Led by Anthony Caples
What is prayer? Is there a right way to pray? Does God even hear our prayers? These are a few questions people have regarding prayer. This three-week class explores how God uses prayer as a way of communication and worship throughout scripture. We’ll see what the Bible says about prayer, share examples of ways to pray, and explore how prayer is essential in the life of Christians.
Led by Tisha Smith
Moms, we carved out four special nights for you to ponder how your relationship with Christ directly impacts your parenting. This look into the heart of Christ-focused mom-ing (yes, that’s a word) will energize your spirit, refresh your resolve, and impassion your hope in Christ. Bring a pen and paper! Tisha has lots of ideas and notes to share. But more importantly, you’ll want to jot down all the hope and encouragement God surprises you with each session. Bonus: there’s childcare! Drop off your littles and join the discussion!
Led by Ryan Boyer
This class is specifically designed for believers starting their walk with Christ. We’ll explore questions like: What does it mean to be a disciple? What essential truths must I believe? How do I grow my faith and serve Christ? We’ll cover these questions (and more), plus also explore ways serve at epikos—a key way to plug-in as a new believer. Bonus: plenty of discussion time to ask your own questions.
